No Parental Guidance

Wednesday, August 11, 2:00 pm  The Community Hall

The Mom's the Word Collective presents an intimate and hilarious look at the transition to teens. The creators of the internationally acclaimed show "Mom's the Word", they performed their staged reading of "Bedtime Stories for Tired Parents" at the Hornby Festival last year. It was so much fun that they were asked to return for the 2004 season. Not wanting to repeat themselves (they do enough of that at home) they have created a new reading that they will premier at this year's Festival. They have grown older (and wider) and their new material focuses on the trials and tribulations of parenting tweens and teens. Materials are unsuitable for young audiences. Drop your children off at the " Captain Rowdy Roddy's Pirate Adventure and take some "parent-only" time for an afternoon.
